Chief Executive Officer
David Reis served as Chief Executive Officer of Objet from March 2009 until his appointment to CEO of Stratasys Ltd. in December 2012. Prior to his appointment as Objet CEO he served as a director of Objet's board since 2003. Previously, he has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of NUR Macroprinters, Ltd., or NUR, a wide format printer manufacturer that was acquired by HP, from February 2006 to March 2008. Prior to joining NUR, Mr. Reis served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ImageID, an automatic identification and data capture solution provider, and of Scitex Vision, a developer and manufacturer of wide-format printers.
Mr. Reis holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from the Technion/Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Erez Simha has served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Objet since November 2011, and he serves as CFO and COO for Stratasys Ltd.
Previously he has held the position of Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orbotech Ltd.,(NASDAQ _ ORBK) a developer of automated optical inspection systems and
imaging solutions, from July 2009 to March 2011, prior to which he had served in several other management capacities at Orbotech and its affiliates, including as Corporate Vice
President for Finance from September 2008 to June 2009, Vice President of Finance and Operations at Orbotech Pacific Ltd. from April 2007 to August 2008 and Vice President of Finance,
Operations and Customer Support at Orbotech S.A. from May 2004 to March 2007. Prior to joining Orbotech, Mr. Simha served as Chief Financial Officer of Wiseband Communications Ltd., a
developer of digital multi-carrier power amplifiers for the wireless communications industry, from 2000 to 2004; as the general manager of a private company engaged in the import and
distribution of professional and technical equipment for the building and metal industries from 1994 to 2000; and as a controller of Mishkan-Hapoalim Mortgage Bank, from 1990 to 1994.
Mr. Simha is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. in economics and accounting and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
Lawrence M. Doerr
Executive Vice-President, North America
As EVP, North America, Larry Doerr is responsible for all North American operations, including R&D, manufacturing facilities, operations, HR, global quality,
post-merger integration, SSI, and RedEye Digital Manufacturing Services. Larry Doerr came to Stratasys in 2007 with 24 years of operations and engineering experience,
including positions as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Minnesota Diversified Industries, Vice President of Operations at Nilfisk-Advance, and Director of Global
Supply Chain Management at Rosemount Engineering where he led supplier/vendor relationships in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Mexico. Doerr also has worked as Design and Reliability
Engineer at Northrop Corporation, Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Honeywell, and Director of Manufacturing at Detector Electronics.
He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
Executive Vice President, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development
Dan Yalon is the Executive Vice President, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development. In this role,
Dan is responsible for strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, marketing and all corporate business development,
as well as Stratasys
thought-leadership programs. He was appointed executive vice president of strategic marketing and business development at Stratasys (then Objet) in June 2012.
Previously, Yalon was chief strategy officer at NICE Systems and head of strategy and new business initiatives at Amdocs.
Yalon is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s executive education program-advanced management program and holds a dual bachelor’s degree in business and law from the
Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Executive Vice President, Global Products and Technology
Tal Dilian is the Executive Vice President, Global Products and Technology. Tal has been a board member for Stratasys since 2010, when he joined the (then Objet) board. He is
responsible for the overall product lifecycle, including global R&D and product marketing. Previously, Dilian served as a special advisor to the chairman of Punj Lloyd, and as chief
security architect at AGT.
Beginning in 2005, Dilian founded several startup companies, including SolarEdge and Vidyo. In 2000, he cofounded and served as CEO of Atidim, a nonprofit dedicated to educating
Dilian participated in the Interdisciplinary Program for Outstanding Students at Tel-Aviv University, where he earned BA, LLB and MBA degrees.
Avi “Jack” Jacoby
Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Training
Avi Jacoby (Jack) is the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources and Training. He plays a lead role in shaping global organizational culture and the continual development
of HR processes and infrastructure. Before joining Stratasys, Jack held three executive management positions at Better Place.
He holds a master’s degree in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Town Construction from Technion, where he was honored with the
President’s Award of Distinction.
Executive Vice President Stratasys, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, MakerBot
Bre Pettis has led MakerBot as CEO since its beginning in 2009, Prior to co-founding MakerBot, Pettis co-founded the Brooklyn hacker collective NYC Resistor, where MakerBot technology
was first created, tested, and proven. He was instrumental in building the first prototypes of MakerBot’s 3D printers, and has become known worldwide as a leading evangelist for personal
manufacturing. In 2006, Bre started the popular “Weekend Projects” video podcast for Make: Magazine, where he taught millions of viewers to make things from pinhole cameras to bicycles to
hovercrafts. Bre is passionate about providing the tools for individuals and organizations to create the world around them. In 2012, Bre was honored with the Disruptive Innovation Award
from the Tribeca Film Festival, for "creating an entire ecosystem for desktop 3D printing." He has been a highly sought-after speaker and interview subject, gracing the cover of numerous
magazines (most recently WIRED), and been a guest on The Colbert Report, and many more.
President, North America
Gilad Gans is President, North America Field Organization. He has served as Executive Vice President, Global Field Operations for Stratasys Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this he
served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Objet from 2009. Prior to this Mr. Gans has held various senior management positions at SAP. Most
recently Gans was SAP Israel Managing Director, and Vice President, Head of Public Services Industries, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to SAP, Gans has held a number of general
management, business development and strategy positions in top holding and consumer goods companies.
Gans holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Economics and is a certified lawyer, with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B), all from Tel Aviv University. He also holds a Master degree (M.A.) in
Economics (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University and has attended the Regional Management Development Program (RMDP), INSEAD, France.
General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa
Andy Middleton is the General Manager for Stratasys EMEA since the merger of Stratasys and Objet. Previously, Andy has been managing the European market for Objet since 2008.
Previously, Middleton served as managing director in Europe for Nur Macroprinters and as managing director Germany/channel sales worldwide and vice president of sales in Europe for Indigo
and HP. Earlier, Andy was responsible for product management and channel sales EU for Dainippon Screen.
Andy is a qualified photographic technician and holds certifications in mathematics and physics from the Cauldon Technical College, UK.
General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan
Jonathan Jaglom is the General Manager for Stratasys Asia Pacific and Japan since 2013. Jonathan Jaglom joined Stratasys (then Objet) in September 2005 as regional manager in Europe
where, among other tasks, he established the partnership infrastructure for Eastern Europe. In 2007, he became marketing director for Europe. Before leading sales operations, Jonathan
was business manager for customer support.
Jonathan has a bachelor’s degree in humanities and an executive MBA degree from Kellogg-Recanati Business School of Administration, Tel Aviv University.
Executive Vice President, Post Sales and Materials
Hanoch Magid is the Executive Vice President, Post Sales and Materials. He is responsible for customer support operations and the materials business unit. Prior to this position,
Magid served as executive vice president of global customer support for Stratasys, and as vice president of customer support at Objet.
Magid has held managerial, sales and marketing positions at MER Telemanagement Solutions and was the chief operating officer at XCITEL and CELLONET, following several managerial
positions at Scitex.
Magid holds master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Jonathan L. Cobb
Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Jon Cobb is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs. Prior to this Cobb served as EVP, Global Marketing between 2013 and 2014. Before this,
Cobb was Vice President, Global Marketing from 2010 to 2012.. Cobb has also held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the Dimension 3D printing business unit of
Stratasys from 2002 to 2010. Cobb joined the company as Vice President of Marketing in August of 1995. Before joining the company, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
Westec Security, Inc., and he has held various management-level sales and marketing positions with Lockheed Martin’s Calcomp Division.
Cobb received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Vice President of Operations, North America
Randy is the Vice President of Operations. Randy has served Stratasys since 2008, first as director of supply chain management and, since 2011, as VP of operations. He came to
Stratasys with more than 12 years of experience in commercial and industrial equipment, including procurement director for Nilfisk-Advance, procurement engineering manager for Caterpillar,
and procurement engineering supervisor for Rosemount Inc., a division of Emerson Electric. Prior to that, he served in the design, manufacturing and process engineering disciplines.
Nichols earned a bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University, and is APICS-certified in production and inventory management.
Senior Vice President, Product Management and Product Marketing
Gilad Yron is the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing. Gilad joined Stratasys (then Objet) in 2010 and served as managing director of Asia Pacific and
Japan. Before joining Stratasys, Yron served as business manager for APJ at HP Scitex, and as customer support manager for Asia Pacific and product manager for international customer
support at NUR Macroprinters. He previously worked as an applications engineer at Applied Materials.
Gilad holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Tel Aviv University.
Senior Vice President, R&D, Israel
Igal Zeitun is the Senior Vice President, R&D Israel for Stratasys Ltd. Previously Igal served as vice president of product marketing since 2010. Igal had a previous role in Objet’s
R&D division from 1998 to 2004.
In the interim, he was director of service and support at HP Scitex, and vice president of customer support and R&D program manager at Nur Macroprinters.
Igal holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion – Israel’s Institute of Technology.
Senior Vice President Stratasys, President, MakerBot
Jennifer Lawton is the president of MakerBot. She previously held the title of chief strategy officer. Lawton has been with MakerBot since 2011 and has been responsible for the
overall strategy and growth of the company, including strategic partnerships, product development, and retail. In 1991, Lawton co-founded Net Daemons Associates (NDA), an information
technology consulting firm. In 1999, Net Daemons was acquired by Interliant Inc. (formerly Sage Networks), where Lawton served as a senior vice president. She later worked as an
entrepreneur-in-residence with Softbank and Mobius Venture Capital. Lawton has also served as COO for Rockin’ Water and RAM Scientific, and SVP Operations for Mercury Solar Systems,
and has been the principle of three successful small businesses. She is currently a board member of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership.
S. Scott Crump

Edward J. Clifford H. Schwieter
